I'm completely satisfied with Idaho Garage Door!! Cody was our repair man. EXTREMELY NICE GUY!! There was a snow storm the day Cody came out to our house to take a look at the garage door. He let us know the springs had broke. He took measurements to order new ones and even offered to shovel the snow in our driveway. Talk about GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!! The parts came in a few days later. Cody came back and installed it in less than an hour. EXCELLENT SMOOTH SERVICE FROM BEGINNING TO END. What a great new garage door company. Noone else could come out for a week but they came the next day. Couldn't fix it so no charge. I bought a new one and they came back out to install it still 4 days earlier than anyone else could even come and look at it. Highly recommend them.
